According to Statkom of Kazakhstan, the producer price of Portland cement (except white) in April 2019 (excluding excises and VAT) increased by 0.75 % and amounted to 17624 Tenge/MT (in 2018 - 13852 Tenge/MT, in 2017 - 13543 Tenge/MT), or RUB 2994.37/MT (at the rate of the Central Bank of the Russian Federation by the middle of the reporting month).
