Belarus: Export and import of cement in January - August 2020 (FCS)

According to the Federal Customs Service of Belarus, conducted by Cementinfo.ru, in August 2020 Belarus has imported 54.1 thousand tons of cement. According to the results of 8 months of cement import campaign, Belarus has shipped in 385.7 thousand tons (in 2019 - 344.2 thousand MT; in 2018 - 387.0 thousand MT).
In the period January - August 2020, the main countries exporters of cement to Belarus were RUSSIA (85.55%) and LATVIA (7.87%).

In August 2020 Belarus has exported 145.9 thousand tons of cement. According to the results of 8 months of cement export campaign, Belarus has shipped out 1005.1 thousand tons (in 2019 - 1093.3 thousand MT; in 2018 - 1180.6 thousand MT).
In the period January - August 2020, the main countries importers of cement from Belarus were RUSSIA (62.30%) and POLAND (28.28%).
