Ukraine: Import and export for January-November 2019

According to the analysis of data by the State Fiscal Service of Ukraine for January-November 2019, conducted by CementInfo.Ru:

• import of pebbles, gravel, crushed stone (HS code 2517) has made 425491 MT (142.0% compared to the same period in 2018), export - 4262641 MT (67.0% compared to the same period in 2018). For November 2019 import of pebbles, gravel, crushed stone has made 39287 MT, export - 367421 MT. . The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Turkey (47.0%), Belarus (20.5%), Greece (10.5%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Belarus (44.0%), Russian Federation (41.9%), Poland (10.7%).
• Import of portland cement, cement (HS code 2523) has made 813627 MT (89.0% compared to the same period in 2018), export - 626230 MT (123.0% compared to the same period in 2018). For November 2019 import of portland cement, cement has made 50658 MT, export - 41677 MT. . The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Turkey (30.1%), Belarus (22.8%), Russian Federation (18.6%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Romania (40.7%), Hungary (21.9%), Poland (13.2%).
• Import of fireproof cements (HS code 3816) has made 52362 MT (106.0% compared to the same period in 2018), export - 1124 MT (41.0% compared to the same period in 2018). For November 2019 import of fireproof cements has made 3686 MT, export - 87 MT. . The largest exporters to Ukraine in monetary terms were: Germany (31.5%), China (17.1%), France (10.6%). The largest importers from Ukraine in monetary terms were: Belarus (27.3%), Russian Federation (23.4%), Uzbekistan (10.4%).
