Export and import of macadam in January - August 2021 2021 (FCS)

According to the analysis of customs declarations of FCS conducted by Cementinfo.ru, in August 2021 Russia has imported 828.9 thousand tons of macadam (HS code 2517). According to the results of 8 months of macadam import campaign, Russia has shipped in 4505.6 thousand tons (in 2020 - 4393.0 thousand MT; in 2019 - 6181.1 thousand MT).
In the period January - August 2021, the main countries exporters of macadam to Russia were BELARUS (58.79%) and UKRAINE (25.71%).

In August 2021 Russia has exported 77.4 thousand tons of macadam. According to the results of 8 months of macadam export campaign, Russia has shipped out 553.9 thousand tons (in 2020 - 417.0 thousand MT; in 2019 - 372.9 thousand MT).
In the period January - August 2021, the main countries importers of macadam from Russia were BELARUS (49.46%) and KAZAKHSTAN (42.77%).
